Nicole Mohajer, PharmD

Doctor of Pharmacy · Coach/Co-Owner

Nikki has spent more than a decade in the fitness industry as a NASM-certified personal trainer with deep roots in corrective exercise and behavior-change coaching, helping athletes move better, train smarter, and build sustainable habits. Her endurance story began on Catalina Island, where she completed her first ultramarathon, and became hooked on endurance sports. Eight ultras later, she shifted into triathlon, quickly rising to compete at the National Championship and World Championship levels in the Olympic Distance, along with multiple qualifications for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships.

With a Master's of Science in Pharmacology and a Doctor of Pharmacy from UC Irvine, Nikki brings a rigorous scientific lens to training, blending physiology, biomechanics, and evidence-based methods to elevate athlete performance. She is a USA Triathlon Level I Certified Coach and is currently advancing through the USAT Level II program under Justin Trolle, further sharpening her craft. Whether you're stepping into your first race build or pushing for a breakthrough season, Coach Nikki is committed to helping you become your strongest, most resilient self - physically, mentally, and scientifically.

Lauren Hitchcock, M.S.

M.S. Biomedical & Translational Sciences · Coach/Co-Owner

Lauren is a nationally qualified athlete and performance coach with a BS in Biology and a Master's in Biomedical & Translational Sciences, where she specialized in muscle physiology and immunology. Her coaching blends evidence based training with a deep understanding of how the body adapts, recovers, and performs under stress.

As a USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coach, Lauren is currently expanding her expertise through advanced coursework in Sport Nutrition, a specialization in Sports Performance, and active study toward both her NASM Sports Nutrition Certification and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist 3 credential. This continued education ensures her athletes receive cutting edge guidance in training, fueling, and performance optimization.

Before stepping into endurance coaching, Lauren worked as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, giving her a strong foundation in movement quality, client communication, and coaching diverse populations. Whether she's guiding beginners or competitive athletes, Coach Lauren is known for her science driven approach, her empathy, and her ability to tailor training to each athlete's physiology, lifestyle, and goals.
